When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped. Delivery estimates will be available through your tracking!
International shipping.
I ship internationally, excluding Germany and Russia. I am not able to send packages to those countries because of current tax restrictions.
** I am currently unable to ship to Mexico due to hurricane damages resulting in multiple lost packages.
What’s the status on my preorder?
All items purchased with a preorder will ship together when preorders are ready. Please make two separate purchases if you would like the in-stock items to ship immediately. Shipping estimates for preorders are located on the preorder’s product page, and will be updated if there are any delays. Preorders begin shipping at the listed time and will continue into the days after!

My product was missing/ incorrect!
Please check throughly inside your mailer, including inbetween any cardboard sheets for prints/stickers! Otherwise please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue!
My order is lost in the mail!
Oh no! If you made an error in your shipping information, please contact me ASAP before your order has shipped. If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address (including missing apartment/unit numbers…) you will have to repay the shipping fee. If your order doesn’t arrive, please wait a day past the delivery estimate just in case, and ask any roommates if they picked up your mail for you. Then contact your local post office, or open a missing mail claim on the USPS website. If none of the above is successful, please contact me and I will help figure it out!
